Actor Andre Braugher has died at the age of 61.
His death was confirmed on December 12 byVariety, who reached out to his publicist Jennifer Allen for confirmation.
Braugher had a brilliant acting career before his death.
“I said, ‘oh what’s your handle so I can follow you too.’
He said, ‘No.
I like it that you don’t know it’s me.'”
The “America’s Got Talent” star wrote a heartfelt tribute to Braugher’s memory onInstagram.
Crews stated that he was honored to have met and worked with the talented star.
“I will be forever grateful for the experience of knowing you.
Thank you for your wisdom, your advice, your kindness and your friendship,” Crews penned.
Braugher is also mourned by an army of loyal fans.
The incredible actor left this world too soon, and he will truly be missed by many.
