While getting pregnant is often a reason to celebrate, in Hollywood, that’s not always the case.
Here are some of the famous actresses who lost out on big roles because they were pregnant.
Annette Bening, Batman Returns
Michelle Pfeiffer was iconic as Catwoman in 1992’sBatman Returns.

However, as it turns out, theOscar-nomineewasn’t the first one approached for the part.
Bening has still had a pretty great career, though.
