First, she launched “The Chelsea Handler Show” on the E!

In an interview with Marie Claire, she said that starting her own show on E!

wasn’t something she had expected to happen.

“I never really saw that coming.

I didn’t become a comedian to work this hard,” she said.

“But,” Handler explained, “the only way I was going to be on E!

and everyone on those shows.
