The acclaimed actor had a great time, but some fans thought his performance was choppy.

David Faber, a financial journalist for CNBC, was selected as the “Jeopardy!”
guest host for the week of August 2.

This was no random choice.
“I wanted to be good for the contestants,” he told the"Jeopardy!"
“This is an awfully important day for them, and I didn’t want to disappoint them.”
Apparently, he didn’t.
Twitter lit up with praise for Faber.
