The dressing is from my restaurant, but it’s simple enough to use every day.”
De Laurentiis also told theFood Networkthat she likes to adds walnuts to her salads.

“The nuts give me some protein,” she said.
“And I like the combination of crunchy, creamy, and soft all together.”
However, that’s just not a realistic or healthy diet in the long run.

“For me, it’s an important component in getting my strength back and feeling balanced.”
