Eventually, Elizabeth traced her back to Wyndemere and found Nikolas holding Esme prisoner.
Esme eventually escaped, and took another header off of the parapet, later resurfacing with amnesia.
But it’s only a matter of time before Nik returns and tries to mend fences with Liz.
